Become a Friend
of Roedde House
If you have an appreciation of, and
interest in, Vancouver history and heritage conservation, you can support
both by joining the Friends of Roedde House.
For an annual subscription fee of
twenty-five dollars ($25.00), which will cover postage and newsletter costs,
you will receive quarterly bulletins on activities at Roedde House and will
be given advance notice of lecture series, musical evenings and special
events.
Since the museum's official opening in May
1990, the Roedde House Preservation Society has run Roedde House as a
threefold facility: a museum with guided tours, a setting for lectures and
musical evenings, and a rental facility for small receptions. The planning
and coordination involved in managing the house is carried out by the Board
of Directors and the Curator/House Manager with financial support derived
from rentals, donations and the holding of an annual B.C. Lottery Fund
Casino.
We are proud of the Roedde House Museum and enthusiastic about its potential as a unique
rendezvous in the city. Please become a Friend and join us in keeping this
historic house-museum alive!
