Beautifully maintained space for party rentals

Roedde House Museum has six ground-floor rooms for use, including a parlour and dining room which may be used as reception rooms.

The main floor can accommodate up to 60 people standing for a reception. We have 35 chairs total included for rental use (modern stackable chairs). 

We have two seated event options:

  1. Informal (meetings, lectures, presentations): 35 modern stackable chairs available.
  2. Formal (seated dinner or tea etc.): 12 historical chairs (8 cushioned seat chairs and 4 wooden chairs) available to place around extendable wooden Dining Room table.

Modern amenities for your catered special occasions 

For catered events, the house has a small modern kitchen adjacent to the old-fashioned family kitchen, which is available for heating and serving food. Amenities include a range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher as well as a convenient back-door parking and loading area. Catering must be arranged independently.

An affordable private event venue for any budget

Our rate is $250/hour, minimum 3-hour rental. Rental rates are all-inclusive — no additional fees or taxes. The rental time must include set-up and clean-up. A refundable damage deposit is required.
