Jazz in the Parlour continues on May 29th, at 7pm!
Experience an intimate evening of live jazz in Roedde House’s Victorian parlour! We are pleased to welcome William de Courcy on piano accompanied by Ross McCrae on the double bass, playing original compositions inspired by the Psalms with inspiration from the traditions of classical, jazz and soul music.
The concert will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a 30-minute intermission during which tea and cookies will be available.
$20 for Seniors/RHM Members/Students

Artist Bios
William de Courcy (piano) holds a diploma in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory in Toronto, and a diploma in jazz studies from Capilano University. He has composed and performed music for Alexander McQueen, Bally of Switzerland and J.M. Weston. William has played as the pianist in residence for boutique hotels and private members clubs – The Hotel Amour in Paris, Quo Vadis in London’s Soho.
Ross McCrae (double bass), is a multi-instrumentalist, currently studying jazz performance at Capilano University. His acoustic trio ‘Gradient’ made their debut at the Surrey Jazz Festival where they were awarded best combo they have since performed at the Vancouver Jazz Festival. He is currently working as a session musician for selected projects
